**Hotel Cancel Policies** After Departure Once passenger has departed and wants to change hotel for reasons we have all heard of (doesn't like hotel, location, etc.) - The passenger will not be guaranteed that the unused days will be refunded. If they still want to change we will make every effort to help them however the cost of the hotel will be the passenger responsibly. Within 30 days prior to departure Hotel and deposit is non-refundable. No changes may be made, this includes names/hotel/number of persons in room/dates etc. Outside 30 days prior to departure Any changes to the hotel booking will have a $100.00 per person fee. With this there maybe an addition charge for the hotel. The deposit is always non-refundable.
